I’m a testimonial to this lifestyle. Knocking on 40 soon to be able to Lose 70 pounds in 10 months has been a humbling experience. Doing Aqua HydroCycle & Water Aerobics at Lifetime Fitness, as my fun way of putting physical activity back into my life, has proven to keep me fit and be apart of a great community.
Build it
I will do, what most people forget to do, when it comes to starting any new journey. That is, lay a solid foundation. This can only be done by the client feeling comfortable enough to pour their truths out about their eating habits, physical activity and mental wellness. With me as their accountability coach. Only then can I take the things said and turn them into many building blocks to build you a new lifestyle for your future.
