    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.

COACHING RATES:

1.) 15 min. Complementary Consultation( are we a good fit for each other)

15 minute opportunity to ask questions about services. I may ask some basic questions about health, lifestyle, diet & goals.

(COMPLEMENTARY)

2.) New Client Initial Nutritional Consultation ( 2 Visits)

  • Visit 1: Review of all assessments and intake information. This is the time to elaborate on health concerns and formulate preliminary goals.

  • Visit 2: I will discuss my findings and review recommendations. Then the preliminary goals are finalized.

(NOTE: A 15-30 minute follow up visit, 2-3 weeks after the second visit, will be scheduled to check progress and tweak goals. FEES BELOW.)

3.) Reassessment:

Nutritional assessment - 6 months after initial consultation

WHAT IS HOLISTIC NUTRITION?

Holistic nutrition is the belief that a diet properly balanced can help prevent future problems with your health. My approach would be to identify and correct as many underlying causes of any health concerns you may have.

Those whom are struggling with chronic and autoimmune diseases, weight management, inflammation, digestive issues, migraines, fatigue and lacking physical activity will benefit from the needed improvements to their diet. The Best are people that are motivated to take responsibility for trying to be in the best health as possible! When it comes to peoples lives, seeing them be willing to conquer old habits while putting in the effort it takes to make lasting positive changes for their well-being, is what I love about consulting.

How is nutrition counseling different than a diet?

People tend to deprive themselves on diets. Whereas, Nutrition Counseling is a process of helping people produce healthier food selections and create healthier eating practices. With the use of my culinary background, introducing you to an exciting and satisfying way of eating will soon become an essential part of your daily life.

WHO WILL NOT LIKELY BENEFIT FROM MY CONSULTING?

Unfortunately, working with me there is no Quick fix. This is a way of life, not a crash diet. You will not have good results, if you aren’t willing to work long term or are just looking for a fast outcome. When it comes to making health a primary concern, this approach is not suited for people that are indecisive.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MONTHLY COUSELING SESSIONS?

Working together to help develop goals and using various methods to achieve them. I use educational materials, individualized diet plans, cooking tips, menu planning, recipes, supplement consulting, testing, virtual guided grocery store tours and evaluate your pantry to help you achieve your nutritional and health goals. Phone consults will take place weekly or biweekly and or zoom meetings will be built in the program. Consistently doing a food log is highly encouraged. This allows me to provide support and accountability; as well as track progress.
